Our establishment

The Hotel Palacio de LLoreda is a beautiful stone house typical of northern Spain dating from the sixteenth century. It was restored and renovated in 1997 and redecorated in 2010. We offer 9 charming rooms in which we can accommodate 22 guests. Pets Allowed.

 The Hotel Palacio de LLoreda is located in Lloreda de  Cayon in the area called Pasiego’s Valley, which allows visitors to tour the region visiting all the places of interest, including main beaches only half an hour from the hotel (by car). El Palacio de LLoreda is 25 km from the city of Santander and 20 km. from the airport along the road leading to Cabarceno’s Natural Park (just 8 km. from the Hotel). We are surrounded by green valley’s where tourists can enjoy many outdoor activities, as well as visit all the architectural heritage of Cantabria, prehistoric caves with cave paintings, ethnological museums etc. .. The gastronomy is another prominent tourist offer of the region that you cannot miss. Therefore, if you are looking for a holiday to enjoy nature, adventure, ancient culture and gastronomy, this is your place.

EL PALACIO has 10 heated/air conditioned rooms: 1 single, 7 doubles and 2 suites. All rooms have full bathroom, television, hair dryer and complimentary toiletries; two of them have their own lounge, and three have balcony. Each room is decorated in a different style.

Useful tourist information

There are many places of interest to tourists near EL PALACIO, such as: the (San Pedro del Romeral, San Roque de Riomiera and Vega de Pas, the three most important villages in the Pas Valley); the prehistoric caves in Puente Viesgo; Esles, with its art and architectural attractions and its beech wood; the 12th century Romanesque church of Argomilla; and the collegiate church of Castañeda. The Altamira museum and the replica of the prehistoric caves are 35 km away.
